Vertical Struts

VIEW FULLSCREEN

The fast speed and screen-spanning horizontal lines in Vertical Struts gives the feeling of an elevator quickly falling down through an incomplete skyscraper. I wanted a more cardinal version of the diagonal lines in Triangle Hall, and found this simple pattern worked well. The random height of the floors helps keep the pattern from being too predictable, so it's a constant surprise where the vertical struts and horizontal floors appear.
