Rope

Al Sweigart, 2026. Oscillating strands cross over and under one another to form an endlessly scrolling rope. Similar to the Proton Stream piece.

Each strand follows a sinusoidal path with its own phase and drawing character. The woven braid appearance comes from changing the layer order of the strands.
